We offer 30-day returns and exchanges on most items, because we want you to feel confident shopping with us.

Here’s how it works:

• Items must be unused and not touched by your pet (we’re okay if you open the parcel and fluff up the bed — just keep those pet paws off until you’re sure it’s a keeper).

• Customised items such as our Pet Portraits and Brooklyn Nest Dog Bed are not eligible for return.

• We’re happy to help organise your return or exchange, but return shipping costs are not covered by us.

• Any extra items included in your parcel (e.g. free gifts or gift cards) must also be returned and are not eligible for use if the order is refunded.
