We’re really sorry if something’s not right with your order — we stand by the quality of our products and want to make it right.
If you notice a fault or defect within the first 7 days of receiving your item, please get in touch with us straight away. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible.
Please note:
🐾 Pet damage isn’t covered, as our products are not chew-proof — even if your dog insists otherwise. (The only exception to this is our Chew Proof Luxe Lounger).
To report a fault, just contact our team with your order number and a photo or video showing the issue. We’ll get back to you ASAP.
