We know some pets love their beds a little too much (especially those cheeky chewers), but unfortunately, pet damage isn’t covered under our return or replacement policy.
Our products are made to be durable, but they’re not chew-proof (unless advertised) — so we always recommend keeping an eye on your pet during the first few uses, especially if they’re prone to nibbling.
That said, if you’re needing a replacement cover or spare parts, we sometimes have these available separately so you don’t need to repurchase the whole product. Just reach out and we’ll see what we can do to help.
