How do I return or exchange?Updated 5 months ago

We want you (and your pet!) to be 100% happy with your purchase.

If something’s not quite right, whether you need a different size, colour, or just want to return your order, we’re here to help.

IMPORTANT: As advertised, we are unable to assist if your dog has come into contact with the product. This is in the effort of fairness to all of our wag-community and for hygiene.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You can return items which have not been touched by your pet in their original condition within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • We offer refunds or exchanges for a different size or colour (where available).

  • For returns, we’re happy to offer a refund (less any shipping fees, if applicable) once the item reaches us and passes a quick check.

  • The only further exception is for our Brooklyn Nest bed, which is not returnable once opened.
