Our team works fast to get orders out the door — which means we’re usually unable to make changes once your order has been placed.
If your order has already shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes, and you’ll need to contact the courier directly for redirection or delivery options.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can email us right away with the word “URGENT” in your subject line. We’ll do our best to action your request, but please note that changes can’t be guaranteed due to how quickly our warehouse operates.
